  • 2.25 cups - powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup - butter
  • 1/4 cup - light corn syrup
  • 1/4 tsp - salt
  • 1/4 tsp - of each food color (red, green, orange, yellow)
  • 2-3 drops of each essence (strawberry, mango, orange and pineapple)

How to Make Easter Candies

  • Mix all the ingredients except the food colouring and the essence
  • Knead the dough
  • Make four portions of the dough
  • Mix each portion with relevant colour and essence (red-strawberry, green-mango, orange-orange, yellow-pineapple)
  • Make tiny balls of each dough
  • Refrigerate all the candies
  • Can be used for Easter decoration.
