  • Besan Flour - 1 cup
  • Ghee - 1 cup
  • Coconut Powder - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 3 cups
  • Milk - 1 cup

How to Make Easy Besan Burfi

  • Mix besan flour, ghee, coconut powder, sugar, milk to make a batter.
  • Pour everything in a heavy kadai and cook on low heat for 20 mins.
  • Keep stirring till the mixture leaves the sides of the vessel.
  • Remove from fire and pour on a greased tray.
  • After a few minutes, cut into small pieces.
