  • 8 slices - bread
  • 1 medium sized - onion
  • 4 cloves - garlic
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • 2 pieces - ginger
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 3 - green chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - grated coconut
  • Fresh coriander leaves - a few sprigs

How to Make Easy Bread cutlet

  • Chop onion, garlic, ginger and chillies and set it aside.
  • Heat a pan and add 2 tsp of oil, chopped onion, ginger, garlic and chillies and stir fry for a few minutes. Add chilli powder to it.
  • Turn off the heat.
  • Add grated coconut and coriander to it. Stir it well and keep aside.
  • Remove the crust of the bread and dip in water. Squeeze the excess water out and add the fried mixture to the bread and knead it well.
  • Heat pan and make cutlets using the above mixture. Put a little oil on the pan and fry cutlets till both sides are crispy.
