  • 1 cup - rava
  • 1 cup - maida
  • 1 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - ground pepper
  • 1 - onion
  • salt to taste

How to Make Easy Crisp Dosas

  • Take 1 cup of rava. Add 1 cup of maida to this and add 3 cups of water.
  • The batter should be runny. Now add salt and finely chopped onion.
  • In a small kadai, fry the cumin seeds and pepper in a little oil and add to the batter. Now, you can start making dosas immediately.
  • To make dosas, put a little oil on a tawa and pour the batter unevenly on it. Do not try to do it in a circular motion like for a regular dosa. Let one side cook, and then flip over and cook the other side. Makes thin, crisp dosas in 2 minutes. Serve with coconut chutney.
