  • 200g - Curd (Dahi)
  • Salt (Namak)

How to Make Easy Curd Rice

  • Take about 100 to 150g of thin variety of beaten rice (Poha) per person.
  • Wash well with hot water and remove the water.
  • Add salt.
  • Just before eating, mix the poha, which is well soaked and soft by now, with yogurt and serve. This is the best replacement for the good old curd rice
