  • 1 cup - cooked rice
  • 10 pods - garlic
  • 4 - green chilli
  • salt to taste
  • curry leaves
  • 2 tsp - ghee

How to Make Easy Garlic rice

  • Peel the garlic.
  • Heat ghee in a tava, add garlic, green chillies, curry leaves, and fry for 5 mins.
  • Mix cooked rice, salt and cook on slow flame for 3 to 4 mins.
