  • 250 g - instant gulab jamun mix
  • 1/2 tin - milkmaid
  • 3/4 cup - milk
  • dried fruits and nuts
  • 4 to 5 tsp - oil

How to Make Easy Milk Cake

  • Take the instant jamun mix in a bowl. Add Milk Maid, milk and oil to this mix.
  • Mix all together gently until lumps disappear.
  • Add a little more milk, if necessary, to form a smooth batter.
  • Now add dried fruits and nuts to this mixture.
  • Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes or till the toothpick comes out clear.
  • Cool on a rack, cut into pieces and serve.
