Ingredients

  • 400 g - plain yogurt or curd
  • 1/2 bunch green spinach
  • 2 - green chillies
  • 1 tsp - garam masala
  • salt to taste

How to Make Easy Spinach Raita

  • Wash and finely chop spinach and green chillies. Steam the leaves for 1-2 mins just till they wilt slightly.
  • Meanwhile, add the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl. Beat well until smooth.
  • Add the spinach, mix well until it's blended.
  • Garnish with some cumin powder before serving.
