  • 1 -beet root

How to Make Easy Vegetable Soup

  • Pressure cook all the vegetables with 2 cups of water and salt. Cook for 3-4 whistles
  • Now grind the boiled vegetables in the grinder
  • Boil the mixture for about 8 mins and add chopped coriander leaves for flavour.
