  • Onion - 1
  • Eggs - 4
  • Capsicum - 2
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves - a few sprigs

How to Make Egg Capsicum Bhurji

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds to it
  • Then add finely cut onion. Fry it till golden brown
  • Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt.
  • Then add capsicum and let it cook for 10 mins on a simmer with a lid
  • Now add the eggs and cook it till bhurji is done
  • Garnish with coriander or parsley leaves.
