Ingredients

  • 1 inch piece - ginger
  • 1 clove - garlic
  • 3 whole red chillies
  • 500 g - meat
  • 115 g - potatoes
  • 115 g - carrots
  • 30 m - vinegar
  • salt to taste
  • 100 g - oil
  • 225 g - onions, chopped
  • 115 g - Tomatoes
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 30 g - breadcrumbs

How to Make Egg Coat Fried Meat

  • Grind ginger, garlic, chillies to a fine paste.
  • Clean, wash and cut meat, potatoes and carrots into even sized cubes.
  • Boil meat with vinegar, half the oil and salt.
  • When half done, add ground spices and cook till tender.
  • Fry potatoes and carrots in oil.
  • On long skewers thread the onions, potatoes, meat, carrots and raw tomatoes.
  • Dip the skewered meat and vegetables in the beaten egg, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and deep fry in hot oil.
