  • 3 cup - cooked rice
  • 4 - egg
  • 2 - onions cut finely
  • 4 - green chillies
  • 2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 2 tsp - ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • 4 tsp - oil
  • Coriander - a few sprigs

How to Make Egg Fried Rice

  • Heat a pan with oil and add in the onions, green chillies and fry until golden brown in colour
  • Add in the ginger-garlic paste and fry for a minute
  • Break the eggs into it and mix well
  • Allow the eggs to cook
  • When the eggs are done scramble them, add in the cooked rice, salt, pepper powder and mix well.
  • Fry for 3-4 minutes, garnish with coriander and serve hot
