  • Egg - 3
  • Onion - 1
  • Tomato - 1
  • Green chilli - 4
  • Green peas - 1 cup
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Egg Green peas Masala

  • Chop the onion, tomato and green chillies finely.
  • Cook the fresh peas and add salt.
  • Beat eggs well.
  • Heat oil in a kadai, add chopped onion and saute till golden brown.
  • Add tomatoes, peas and green chillies saute for few secs.
  • Add all powders and salt fry for few mins.
  • Add the beaten egg and scramble well.
  • Serve.
