Ingredients

  • Egg - 4
  • Onion - 3
  • Oil - 1-2 tbsp
  • Tomatoes - 2
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste - 3/4 tsp
  • A pinch of garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

How to Make Egg Layerwala

  • In a pan, fry chopped onions till they turn pink.
  • Add garlic paste and fry till fragrant.
  • Add chopped tomatoes, chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and salt. Fry till the tomatoes turn pulpy.
  • Break the eggs on this mixture and cover it completely.
  • Cook on a low flame for 15 mins.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves, slice and serve.
