Ingredients

  • 4 - hard boiled eggs
  • 2 - onions, large
  • 2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • Tamarind pulp (as per taste)
  • 2 tsp - salt
  • 5 tbsp - oil

How to Make Egg Masala Curry

  • Chop the onions and fry them in 4 tbsp of oil on medium flame
  • Once the onions turn golden brown colour switch the flame off and let it cool
  • Once cool, grind the onion along with the tamarind pulp
  • Take the boiled eggs make a few slits on them
  • Now heat the remaining oil and fry the eggs in the oil for some time (3-4 minutes)
  • Then put the onion paste into it.
  • Add the red chilli and coriander powder, simmer for a few minutes and serve
