  • Hot sauce to taste
  • Soya sauce to taste
  • Oil- 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Egg Noodles with a twist

  • Cook noodles in hot water with salt. Drain and reserve
  • Heat oil in pan and scramble eggs.
  • Mix the noodles and add hot sauce and soya sauce.
  • Add more salt if needed
  • Serve hot
