  • 2 -eggs, separated
  • 1/8 tsp- white pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp -salt
  • 1/2 cup -milk
  • 1.5 tsp- honey
  • 1 cup- corn
  • 1/2 tbsp -plain flour
  • 1/4 cup- grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp -bread crumbs

How to Make Egg Souffle

  • Blend the egg yolk, milk, salt, honey, corn, flour and pepper powder.
  • In a different bowl, beat egg whites till stiff.
  • Mix together yolk mixture, egg whites and 3/4 of cheese.
  • Pour in a greased baking dish.
  • Garnish with remaining cheese and top with bread crumbs.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 350 C for 30 mins (or till golden brown).
  • Serve.
