Ingredients

  • 4 - eggs
  • 2 - tomatoes
  • 2 - onions
  • 3 - green chillies
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • A pinch - turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala powder

How to Make Egg Tava Curry

  • Chop onions, green chillies and tomatoes and fry all of them in oil on a hot tawa
  • Add all other ingredients mentioned. Mash them with a masher till the mixture becomes smooth
  • Break the eggs and pour into the mixture, stir and cover with a lid
  • Cook for 2 mins
  • Move to a bowl and serve hot with chapattis.
