  • 1 cup - Semolina
  • 1/2 cup - All-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup - Sugar
  • 1/2 cup - Clementine juice
  • 1 cup - Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup - Oil
  • 1 tbsp - Clementine rinds
  • 1 tsp - Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp - Baking powder
  • A few sugar pearls

How to Make Eggless Clementine Semolina Cake

  • Preheat the oven at 350 degree F.
  • Mix together the all-purpose flour, semolina, baking soda and baking powder in a large vessel.
  • Beat together the sugar, yogurt, oil, Clementine juice and Clementine rinds until the sugar gets dissolved.
  • Add gradually the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until everything gets well mixed. Don't over mix.
  • Grease a loaf pan and pour the cake batter. Sprinkle the sugar pearls on the top.
  • Arrange the mould in the middle rack and bake for 20-25 minutes until the skewer comes out clean.
  • Cool it completely. Slice the eggless Clementine cake and serve.
