Ingredients

  • 2 cup - all-purpose flour
  • 3 tsp - baking powder
  • 1/4 cup - butter
  • 1 cup - milk
  • 1 tin - sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup - yoghurt
  • 1 tsp - vanilla extract
  • Topping:
  • 1/2 cup - butter
  • 1/4 cup - milk
  • 1 cup - freshly grated coconut
  • 1 cup - brown sugar

How to Make Eggless Danish Dream Cake

  • Preheat oven to 200 degree .
  • Line and dust a baking tray.
  • Mix all the ingredients given for the topping and keep it aside.
  • Sift flour and baking powder.
  • In a bowl add condensed milk and butter, beat until creamy.
  • To this mix well yoghurt and vanilla.
  • Add flour and milk alternately and fold in the batter gently.
  • Pour the batter in the baking tray and bake for 20 minutes till brown in colour.
  • Spread the topping on to the cake.
  • Set oven temperature to 225 degree and bake for 10 more minutes.
