  • 2 cups - all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp - sugar
  • 1 tbsp - baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp- salt
  • 2 cups - milk
  • 1 cup - chopped ripe mangoes
  • 2 tbsp -vegetable oil

How to Make Eggless Mango Waffles

  • Sift the dry ingredients together into a bowl. Give it a quick mix.
  • In another bowl, mix the milk and oil together until well blended.
  • Add the wet ingredients into the dry ones and whisk just until the dry ingredients are thoroughly moistened.
  • Stir in the mangoes and whisk well.
  • Now proceed with the instructions on your waffle iron.
