  • 2 cups - milk
  • 20 g - gelatin
  • 250 g - cream
  • 10 - figs
  • 6 tbsp - honey
  • 1 tin - condensed milk

How to Make Fig and honey pudding

  • Melt the gelatine in a pan, turn off the heat, add honey, cream and condensed milk to the pan. Mix well
  • Take a glass bowl and arrange half the figs.
  • Add the mixture over the figs and refrigerate.
  • Once half set add the rest of the figs on the top of the mixture.
