Ingredients

  • 2 pieces- katla fish
  • 1 tsp- ginger chopped
  • 1 - onion chopped
  • 1 - green chilli chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Fish Bharta

  • Remove bones from fish and mash it.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger, chilli. Fry well.
  • Add fish and remaining ingredients and fry.
  • Serve with steamed basmati rice
