Ingredients

  • 5 - fish slices
  • 2 tbsp - all purpose flour
  • 5 - green chillies
  • 1 inch - ginger piece
  • 3 - garlic pods
  • 1 tsp - cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • Lime to taste
  • 1 cup - bread crumbs
  • 2 - beaten egg

How to Make Fish Crumb Fry

  • Clean the fish, slice and keep aside.
  • Grind chillies, garlic, cumin, and ginger.
  • Add salt and lime juice to the ground masala and apply it to the fish slices and leave it for 30 minutes.
  • Dip each slice in flour and beaten egg and coat with bread crumbs.
  • Deep fry in oil until golden brown.
