Ingredients

  • 2 - apples, diced
  • 3 - tomatoes, diced
  • 1 - grapefruit, peeled and segmented
  • 2 - oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1 tbsp - sugar
  • 1 tbsp - cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp - chopped walnuts
  • lettuce leaves

How to Make Florida Salad

  • Combine apple, tomatoes, grapefruit and oranges.
  • Mix with remaining ingredients and chill thoroughly.
  • Serve on bed of lettuce leaves.
  • Mayonnaise may be served separately
