Ingredients

  • 8 - chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tbsp - corn flour
  • 1 - egg beaten
  • 1/2 tsp - baking powder
  • 3 tsp - maida
  • 2 tbsp - soya sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - cumin powder
  • Oil for frying.

How to Make Fried Chicken Drumsticks

  • Marinate the chicken drumsticks with all the above ingredients (except oil) for about 2 hours. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken drumsticks (2 at a time) till golden brown. Serve with chilli sauce.
