  • 1 tub - ice cream
  • 1 - sponge cake, thinly sliced
  • Oil to deep fry
  • For batter: 1 cup - bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten with some milk
  • For garnishing: fruits of your choice, sliced

How to Make Fried Ice cream

  • Scoop ice cream into balls and tightly wrap each ball with sponge cake slices. Freeze them for a few hours.
  • Dip in the egg-milk mixture, coat with breadcrumbs and deep fry.
  • Serve immediately on a platter of fruit slices.
