  • 300gm - Squid
  • 100ml - Milk
  • 10gm - Salt
  • 50gm - Dill seed
  • 100gm - Zucchini
  • 200gm - Potato wedges
  • 150ml - Mayonnaise
  • 50gm - Onion
  • 50gm - Gherkins
  • 50gm - Parsley

How to Make Frittura Mista

  • Marinate the squid with lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic, oregano and milk.
  • Take the squid and dust it in maida mixed with sesame seeds and deep fry it.
  • Serve it with sesame courgettes, potato wedges and tartar sauce.
