  • Vermicelli-1 cup
  • Ghee-2 tsp
  • Sugar-1/2 cup
  • Pineapple-1/3 cup
  • Apple-1/3 cup
  • Green grapes-1/3 cup
  • Banana-1
  • Cherries-a few
  • Cashew nuts-a few
  • Raisins-a few
  • Cardamom Powder-1/2 tsp

How to Make Fruit Semiya

  • In a pan, add ghee and roast vermicelli and set aside. Boil a cup water and add roasted vermicelli.
  • Once it is cooked, add sugar and mix well. Add chopped fruits and cardamom powder.
  • Garnish with cherries, roasted cashews and raisins.
