  • Ghee or oil - 4 tbsp
  • black pepper corns - 1 tsp, crushed
  • cumin seeds - 1 tsp, crushed
  • garlic - 1 tbsp, minced
  • curry leaves few
  • salt to taste

How to Make Garlic Pepper Rice

  • Heat Ghee or oil.
  • Add pepper, cumin and garlic.
  • Fry till garlic is brown.
  • Add curry leaves.
  • Add rice and salt.
  • Mix well and remove from fire.
