  • 1 - cauliflower (gobhi)
  • 250 ml - milk
  • 2 tsp - ghee
  • 1/2 cup - sugar
  • 2 tbsp - semolina
  • cashews
  • raisins

How to Make Gobhi ka Kheer

  • Cut cauliflower into florets and remove the stem portions.
  • Boil till it becomes soft.
  • Heat ghee in a pan and add boiled cauliflower.
  • Fry till golden brown.
  • Add suji and fry for 2-3 minutes more.
  • Add milk, let it boil till it thickens to kheer-like consistency.
  • Add cashews, raisins and sugar.
  • Mix till sugar dissolves and remove from fire.
  • Serve hot or cold.
