Ingredients

  • 1 cup - wheat flour
  • 1 cup - finely cut jaggery
  • 3/4 cup - ghee
  • 1/2 tbsp - cardamom powder
  • 1/2 cup - dry ginger powder

How to Make Gol Papdi

  • Heat the ghee in a saucepan and fry the flour.
  • Then add the jaggery, till properly mixed. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Spread it on a plate and cut in squares while still warm.
  • Store in an airtight box.
