  • 2 - hard-boiled egg
  • 125 g - paneer
  • 50 g - mawa
  • Some corn flour
  • Chilli flakes
  • Oregano
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Golden Hearts

  • Mash the boiled egg with paneer and mawa along with the salt, pepper, chilli flakes and oregano.
  • Knead it coarsely forming hearts and then dipping in the corn flour batter, ready to be fried or baked.
  • Serve hot with salsa mix.
