Ingredients

  • 500 g - small potatoes
  • 200 g - yogurt
  • 5 seeds - garlic
  • 1 bunch - coriander leaves
  • 2 to 3 - green chillies
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Oil

How to Make Green Aloo Dum

  • Boil the potatoes and peel.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add the garlic paste and stir.
  • Add potatoes, green chilli paste, salt and sugar to taste.
  • Grind coriander leaves and mix yogurt, add to the potatoes.
  • Let it cook for 10 mins.
  • Garnish with green chillies and coriander leaves.
  • Serve with roti, paratha or rice.
