  • 250 g - fresh green grams
  • 250 g - milk powder
  • 100 g - mawa
  • 150 g - sugar
  • 1 tsp - elaichi powder
  • 2 tbsp - ghee
  • silver warq
  • 1 -2 drops - green colour
  • 1 cup - milk

How to Make Green Gram Barfi

  • Heat ghee in a pan.
  • Grind green gram in the blender using milk.
  • The mixture should be a thick paste.
  • Add this paste to the heated ghee .
  • Then add milk powder to it.
  • Then add mawa to it and mix well.
  • Slowly add sugar, colour and elaichi powder.
  • Mix well till the mixture starts separating from the sides of the pan.
  • Then spread the mixture on a greased plate.
  • Decorate with silver warq and cut into desired shape.
