  • Basmati rice (cooked) - 2 cups.
  • Fresh green pea - 1 cup.
  • green chilli - 4-5.
  • Peanut powder (roasted) - 4-5 tbsp.
  • Cumin seed - 2 tbsp.
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing.
  • Salt to taste.
  • oil - 4 to 5 tbsp.

How to Make Green Peas Pulav

  • Warm some oil in a kadai.
  • Add the chopped green chillies and fry them.
  • Add the peas and cumin seeds.
  • When the peas are cooked, add peanut powder and salt and cook on medium flame for some time.
  • Add the cooked basmati rice and mix well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot.
