Ingredients

  • 6 peeled and cut guavas (seeds removed)
  • ¼ kg. peeled, boiled and cut potatoes
  • Salt to taste
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • ¼ tsp. sugar
  • 4 finely cut green chillies
  • 3 spring onions cut with the leaves
  • 1 tsp. cut coriander
  • 1 tsp. cut mint leaves

How to Make Guava Chaat

  • Mix all the ingredients well together in a bowl, and keep it cool for an hour before serving.
