  • Full cream milk- 1 litre
  • Condensed milk- 1/2 can
  • Full cream- 1/4 litre
  • Sugar- 1/2 cup
  • Gulkand- 4 tsp
  • Rose petals- for garnishing

How to Make Gulkand Ice Cream

  • Boil milk with sugar and allow it to cool.
  • In a blender, add milk and condensed milk along with full cream and sugar.
  • Blend well. Add gulkand and blend again.
  • Transfer it to a container and place it in the freezer for an hour.
  • Remove it, blend again and transfer it to the freezer.
  • Repeat this process for 4-5 times or until it is creamy.
  • Serve with fresh rose petals.
