  • 1/4 kg - ivy gourds
  • Curry powder - as needed for stuffing
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • Salt as required.

How to Make Gutti Dondakaya Koora (Stuffed Ivy Gourd)

  • Wash and remove the edges of ivy gourd.
  • Then make slits lengthwise and stuff them with masala and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and place these stuffed ivy gourds and sprinkle a little salt, as the masala already contains salt.
  • Cover and cook in medium flame for a while, stir in between.
  • When the gourds are done remove from flame and serve.
