Ingredients

  • 2 bunches - mint leaves
  • 1 bunch - coriander leaves
  • a few stalks - green onion
  • 2 - onions, medium
  • 2 to 3 - gooseberry (amala)
  • 2 - green chillies
  • 2 tsp - sugar
  • salt, red pepper as per taste

How to Make Healthy Green Chutney

  • Soak all the greens for about 10 to 15 minutes to get rid of dirt. Chop onions and amalas. Grind all the ingredients using minimum water.
  • Add salt and red pepper and if required add lime juice.
