Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp - ghee
  • 1 tbsp - skimmed milk powder
  • 7 tbsp - corn flour
  • 1/8 tsp - salt
  • 1/4 tsp - cheese essence
  • a few ice cubes

How to Make Homemade cheese

  • Mix all the ingredients, excluding the ice.
  • Now rub in the ice cubes with the mix till a solid block is formed. Remove the separated water.
  • Freeze and use as required.
