How to Make Homemade Fresh Cream

  • Boil milk and keep aside for 30 mins or refrigerate it for few hours.
  • Remove the malai collected on the surface and keep it in a clean container.
  • Repeat the process until enough malai is collected.
  • Refrigerated it for at least 1 day. Whisk it well to get fresh cream.
