Ingredients

  • 1 - big Mango (chopped roughly)
  • 1/4 cup - Sugar
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice

How to Make Homemade Mango Jam

  • Grind the mango cubes in a mixie until smooth.
  • In a non-stick pan, add mango puree, sugar and lime juice.
  • Keep stirring for at least 15-25 minutes, till the water mixture turns to a jam consistency.
  • The mixture will turn glossy at this stage. Turn off from heat.
  • Cool completely and store in a clean airtight container.
  • Keep refrigerated after a day.
