  • 1/2 tin - condensed milk
  • 500 g - curd
  • 5 tbsp - honey
  • 50 g - raisins, soaked overnight
  • 1.5 tbsp - gelatin
  • Chopped fruits - mango, peach, strawberry

How to Make Honey- Raisin Treat

  • In a bowl, blend condensed milk, curd and honey.
  • Dissolve gelatine in 1/2 cup hot water, add to the curd mixture and leave to set in the refrigerator.
  • When half set, add the soaked raisins and return to the fridge to set.
  • Decorate with chopped mango cubes, fresh diced peaches or chopped strawberries.
