  • 1 cup - Wheat flour
  • 1 cup - Quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 1/2 cup - Honey
  • 200 g - Bittersweet chocolate bar (chopped)
  • 1 - Egg
  • 1/2 cup - Butter
  • 1/2 tsp - Cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Baking soda

How to Make Honey and Chocolate Chunks Oatmeal Cookies

  • Preheat the oven to 350F.
  • Mix together the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon powder and keep aside.
  • Beat the butter, sugar, honey together until they it turns soft.
  • Now add the egg and beat again for few minutes.
  • Add the flour mixture, roughly chopped chocolate chunks, mix everything well into a dough.
  • Scoop the cookie dough and place over a baking sheet with enough space between them.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust turns light brown.
  • Cool completely and serve with warm coffee or milk.
