  • 1/2 cup - Honey
  • 3 tsp - Lime juice
  • 100 g - Raisins
  • 2 cups - Water
  • 4 - Apples, peeled and chopped into quarters
  • 1 cup - Whipped cream for topping

How to Make Honey Fruit Compote

  • Cook the apples in 2 cups of water till they are tender.
  • Remove from heat and transfer the cooked apples to a serving dish.
  • Sprinkle raisins on top.
  • Add the honey to the same water in which the apples were cooked and simmer on low flame till it forms a thick syrup.
  • Mix in the lime juice then pour over the apples and raisins.
  • Keep it in the refrigerator.
  • Serve with whipped cream.
