  • 1 - Firm Californian or Kashmiri apple
  • 1 - pear
  • 1 tbsp - honey
  • 3 tbsp - toasted oats or cornflakes, lightly crushed.

How to Make Honeyed Apple Pear

  • Quarter apple and pear, core and remove seeds. Warm pieces either in microwave or under a hot grill.
  • Or use BBQ skewers and roast.
  • Brush honey over all pieces evenly.
  • Roll in oats or crushed cornflakes.
  • Serve immediately.
