Ingredients

  • Gram flour- 1 cup
  • Sugar- 2 cups
  • Ghee- 2 cups
  • Water- 2 cups
  • Badam powder- 1 tsp
  • Cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Horlicks- 4 tsp

How to Make Horlicks Mysore Pak

  • Take one cup of ghee in a pan.
  • Add gram flour to it and mix well without lumps.
  • In another pan, add water and sugar and make a syrup till it reaches one string consistency.
  • Add now the besan and ghee mixture.
  • Cook in slow flame and keep on stirring.
  • Add rest of the ghee, cardamom powder, badam powder and horlicks.
  • Grease a plate with ghee and pour the mixture to it once it leaves the sides of the pan.
  • Cut in squares and enjoy.
