Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg lime
  • 2 tsp - red chilli
  • Sugar
  • 2 tsp - methi seed
  • Rai
  • Water
  • Salt

How to Make Hot and Sweet Lime Pickle

  • Cut lime in small pieces.
  • Take a vessel.
  • Add oil, 2 tsp of methi seeds, little rai, 2 tsp red chilli powder, salt, lime and little water.
  • Keep gas stove on simmer till the lime becomes very tender.
  • Remove from gas and let it cool.
  • Store in bottle and refrigerate.
