Ingredients

  • 1 kg - Chicken
  • 3 - Onions
  • 2 - Tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp - Butter
  • 1 cup - Grated cheese
  • 1 cup - Fresh breadcrumbs
  • 10 - Green chillies
  • 1 tsp - Black pepper
  • 2" piece - Ginger
  • 10 cloves - Garlic
  • 2 tbsp - Cream

How to Make Hot Baked Chicken

  • Chop finely onion, ginger, cloves of garlic, green chillies and tomatoes.
  • Par boil chicken and shred.
  • Lightly fry onions in butter and keep aside.
  • In a greased baking dish, place the chicken, onions, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, green chillies.
  • Stir in the pepper and add salt to taste.
  • Mix together the bread crumbs and grated cheese.
  • Sprinkle on the top of the chicken, spoon over the cream and bake at 200 degrees C for 15 minutes.
